Your missions
LOOKING FOR FILIPINOS AND PHILIPPINE-BASED CANDIDATES
Position: Real Estate Underwriter
Salary Range: $900-1,500/month
Working Hours: M-F, 9am-5pm CST
Tasks:
- The role that I would be hiring for would resemble that of a content marketing specialist -
- working on producing content for social media, email campaigns, and website copy.
More Details
- Create content for social
- Posting and optimizing Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter
- All static images, graphics, etc
- No video editing skills are needed here
- Creating web copy
- Do email marketing
- Mail Chimp is used for this, but they may shift down the line
- Working across a few large projects on a day-to-day basis. This agency only has four clients at the moment, but they tend to be 40 hour+ long projects
Requirements

- Google Suite, Google Meet, AI Notetaker exp/familiarity
- Prospero - it is a proposal software that they use to write proposals for clients. This candidate will use this to help in the proposal process with the help of the client

- Must be able to work in a bit of an ambiguous environment, be proactive, scrappy, offer process improvements, etc.
