Overview:

Black Pen Fintech Recruitment, a premier recruitment agency specializing in the fintech sector, is expanding its services to include ERP systems recruitment for the European market. We are seeking an experienced ERP Recruiter with a strong background in sourcing and placing candidates specialized in Azure, Microsoft Dynamics, and other ERP technologies. This role will focus on meeting the growing demand for ERP professionals among our European clients, enhancing their technological capabilities and business operations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the recruitment process for ERP roles, focusing on Azure, Microsoft Dynamics, and related technologies.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the ERP market in Europe to effectively source top talent.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
• Conduct detailed interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates technical and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with client hiring managers to deeply understand their hiring needs and technical requirements.
• Provide consultancy and recruitment expertise to clients on market trends, compensation, and other relevant topics.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from sourcing to offer acceptance and follow-up.

Requirements:

• Proven recruitment experience in ERP, specifically with Azure and Microsoft Dynamics, or a strong technical understanding of these platforms.
• Experience working within the European market and familiarity with its regulatory and cultural nuances.
• Strong sourcing skills using a variety of creative recruiting methods.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and candidate databases.
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or related field.
