What You’ll Do:**

The Operations Specialist is responsible for optimizing and coordinating various operational aspects. They focus on enhancing efficiency, streamlining workflows, and implementing strategic improvements. They analyze data and key performance indicators to identify areas for enhancement, develop and implement efficient processes, and collaborate across departments to achieve common goals. The Operations Specialist may also be involved in project coordination, quality assurance, and risk management to maintain compliance with industry standards. With a keen eye for detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement, they contribute significantly to the overall success and growth of the organization. **

This role offers a remote work arrangement, with a preference for candidates residing on the East Coast. Occasional travel to our East and Central site locations will be required as part of the responsibilities.**

Job Duties:

• Supports a culture of Safety through reporting, training support and maintaining records.
• Ensures vendors are paid timely and accurately utilizing Docuphase
• Monitor and review accounting schedules to provide training and quality assurance within Service accounting processes.
• Reconciles payments daily for Service Department
• Provides reporting and metrics to Service Management supporting strategic goals
• Process and support Service Staff payroll
• Assist the Service Training Department in Technician and Staff development through reporting, tracking and project support
• Promote a successful customer experience by supporting both internal and external communications improve the Service Department operations
• Willing and able to contribute to strategic projects within the Service Department

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in operations or 4+ years’ experience in an Operations coordinator role or similar role
• Effective communication skills
• Experience with Excel preferred.
• Experience with Smartsheets a plus.
• Proficient in remote working tools (Zoom, file sharing, etc.)
• Well-developed organizational skills
• Coaching and/or mentoring skills
• Experience supporting/leading projects and working with lean methodologies.
• Heavy-Duty truck experience preferred.
• Information Technology experience a plus
• Flexibility to travel, including overnight stays, as needed.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to pass post offer drug test, background check

Compensation:

• $27-$29/hr. depending on skills/experience.
• Full-Time position
