Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions (BEWS) is the group responsible for leading Ericsson’s Enterprise Networking and Security business. Our growing product portfolio spans across wide area networks, local area networks and enterprise security. How Will You Contribute to the Company?**

We seek a proven Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to develop and execute Ericsson's Enterprise Field Sales strategy for Private Cellular Networks solutions. The RSM is responsible for sales of the Dedicated Networks portfolio in the respective region. These sales will be achieved via a combination of CSP (Carrier Service Provider) and cellular-capable system integrator channels. The RSM will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building pipelines, and achieving sales targets through managing existing customer and partner relationships with an additional focus on new customer and partner acquisition. You will be responsible for managing the opportunity via internal sales processes and using these processes to communicate with management and the broader internal team. The RSM will be a team player who can motivate internal resources across a matrix organization to achieve excellent results.

What Will You Do?

  • Relationship Building: Establish professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts in a specified region
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate company personnel to meet account performance objectives and customer expectations
  • Thought Leadership: Be a knowledge leader in private 5G networking and its ability to provide positive impacts to particular business segments
  • Sales Targets: Achieve profitable sales volume targets and sales quotas in designated accounts
  • Customer Focus: Proactively assess and validate customer needs while maintaining high customer satisfaction
  • Account Management: Complete account plans, utilize CRM, and provide regular reports on accounts and sales figures

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, along with at least ten (10+) years of real sales experience
  • Must reside in the respective region
  • Strong knowledge and experience in the Wireless (Cellular and Wi-Fi), IT Security and/or Networking market
  • Wireless, IT Security, and Networking Expertise: Successful experience in managing complex sales environments and demanding customer accounts
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Highly competitive and entrepreneurial with a passion for tackling challenging opportunities
  • Experience selling within the telecommunications service provider market, with a preference for additional experience with global systems integrators
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Must be able to collaborate well with cross functions across the sales and marketing organization
  • Effectively bi-lingual with fluent Japanese as well as written and oral English skills
