Job Highlights

Job type: Part-time (minimum 20 hours per week)
Schedule: Monday- Friday, 8 AM - 12 PM EST

This rapidly growing startup specializes in providing IT consulting and business development services to federal government agencies. Founded just last month, the company has already secured its first local government contract. With an experienced leadership team from the cybersecurity domain, the firm is laser-focused on establishing robust processes, documentation, and security protocols from the ground up. This will position them for sustainable growth as they pursue larger federal contracts across the IT and cybersecurity sectors.

In this high-impact Executive Assistant position, you’ll create customized presentations, manage targeted email campaigns, and provide top-notch administrative support. Responsibilities:

  • Create marketing presentations, pitch decks, and other collateral materials tailored for different government clients/prospects

  • Email and Calendar Management

  • Coordinate and schedule internal/external meetings and calls; take detailed notes and distribute action items

  • Maintain digital organization across various folders, documents, and templates

  • Provide general administrative support including preparation of documents, promotional materials, assisting with travel arrangements, expenses, reservations and bookings.

  • Assist in day to day management of the operations of the businesses that the client owns.


Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant for at least 3 years

  • Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel and comfortable learning new software/tools

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

  • Highly organized with great attention to detail

  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
