Business Summary**

The Deltek Engagement Services team plays a key role in helping our customers maximize the value for their solutions. As a member of our team, you are the customer’s advocate to help them find answers to their questions and support the renewal and growth of their business. Position Responsibilities**

  • Maintain customer relationships by providing exceptional service and ensuring we deliver value through our services
  • Increase lifetime value of the Customer through greater advocacy and reference ability; serving as a customer advocate in the evolution of Deltek Replicon products and platform functionality integral to the customer's success
  • Provide customers with joint success plans, service plans and business roadmaps that outline their critical success factors, metrics for success, potential issues, as well as provide recommendations
  • Conduct Strategic Business Reviews (EBRs and QBRs) to understand customer lifecycle milestones, communicate the value of our product and showcase ROI
  • Capture customer feedback and convey effectively to internal teams to enable ongoing improvement of products and services
  • Protect and grow revenue on the existing install base, managing customer life-cycle, customer contract renewals, increase footprint within the business, forecast and reduce churn
  • Understand the customer's business needs to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage continued long-term relationship and help identify opportunities where Deltek Replicon solutions fit their ongoing business strategy
  • Master Deltek Replicon’s innovative system for managing customer growth and building strategic relationships
  • Manage and retain revenue for a territory's install base of accounts. Run it like an autonomous business
  • Generate demand for additional products and services within the install base of customers and grows the existing revenue base by identifying upsell/cross sell opportunities

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of establishing yourself as a strategic trusted advisor to clients.
  • 3-5 years Customer Success or Account Management experience who loves being in a competitive environment that is driven to meet targets.
  • Self-starter who can own ongoing customer success of large, medium and small customers.
