Job Summary**

The Technology & Data Solutions (TDS) business unit is the Syneos Health accelerator for life sciences innovation. TDS houses our advanced technology acquisitions, homegrown products & applications, actively participates in new M&A and partnership activities, delivers critical insights as part of our integrated strategy for customers and drives enterprise-wide adoption and change management for innovative tech & data solutions. Our work supports getting meaningful new medicines to patients faster, with greater positive impact.

In this role, we are seeking a Project Coordinator with 1 – 3 years of relevant experience. The candidate will assist in managing project data, including gathering, reporting and analyzing to keep all projects on track and aligned with budgets. To succeed in this role, the candidate should have excellent time management and communication skills, as they will work closely with internal teams, both onshore and offshore, to deliver high quality results. The candidate will need to be comfortable with working on tight deadlines to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner and within budget. **

Job Responsibilities**

• Coordinate and oversee project management activities and information
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
• Help manage budgets against monthly goals
• Pro-active in communicating with the team on opportunities and risks and provide solutions were applicable
• Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
• Providing administrative support as needed.

Nice To Have

• Experience working in a Pharmaceutical / Health related field.

Qualifications

Qualification Requirements

• Degree in Post Graduation, Computer Science or a related field , PMP(added advantage)
• Prior Project Coordinator experience or similar role
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
• An ability to prepare and interpret action plans and analytics
• Experience with project management tools
• Ability to work with a team, onshore and offshore
• Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
• Ability to communicate effectively and be able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in MS Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint,MPP
