As our team expands, we're in search of a talented Medical Office Administrator to join us remotely. We're committed to providing exceptional care, and we're looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in a medical office setting who shares our dedication. Responsibilities**

Respond to incoming calls and emails with warmth and professionalism, ensuring patients and stakeholders receive top-notch service.

Verify insurance coverage and navigate insurance portals with ease.

Maintain precise and current medical records, adhering to privacy regulations.

Coordinate orders and documentation for Durable Medical Equipment (DME).

Handle Title 19 (Medicaid) procedures and submissions efficiently.

Navigate hospital portals for referrals, authorizations, and other administrative needs.

Collaborate closely with healthcare providers and staff to uphold smooth operations within the medical office. **

Requirements**

A minimum of 3 years' experience in a medical office setting.

Proficiency in various medical office administrative tasks, including phone etiquette, insurance verification, medical records management, DME processes, Title 19 procedures, and hospital portal navigation.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

Tech-savvy with experience using office software and electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

Reside in the Katy/Richmond area for occasional in-person meetings or training sessions.

Availability for Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM shifts.

Selected candidates will undergo a two-week training period.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week **
