Packaging Artwork Project Manager (Creative PM)

Duration: 1 year contract, 40 hours/week

Location: 100% remote, ideally in Central or Eastern time zones

Responsibilities:

• Leading the production and execution of packaging artwork and small-scale design adaptation for a variety of printed components.
• Driving artwork consistency and design content accuracy within the guidelines of the brand
• Submitting English copy for translation with external agencies
• Collaborating across many functions within 3M (Marketing, Manufacturing, Regulatory, Legal, etc.) and with external production agencies
• Managing project estimates, budget, and timelines with internal and external partners
• Adapting and working well with defined approaches, systems and processes while driving continuous improvement to improve operational efficiency.
• Building and maintaining relationships with key internal and external agency partners

Education:

Seeking candidates with a 4-year degree. However, open to candidates with equivalent experience.

Minimal work direction needed, highly skilled and knowledgeable to the position and provides best practice sharing within work group. Worker may develop, create and execute concepts and design ideas for products, graphics, interactive experiences, packaging and/or various communication avenues. They will perform design duties requiring planning, scheduling and implementation and along with the creation of presentations, brainstorming overall design concepts and interfacing with other divisions.
