We are seeking a talented and creative Article Writer & Social Media Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about podcasting, possess exceptional writing skills, and have experience managing social media platforms.

SHIFT HOURS: between 9:00 am to 12:00 pm
SHIFT DAYS: Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:

• Article Writing:
  Produce long-form blogs and engaging articles related to our podcast themes.
  Write one article per week, each comprising approximately 500 words or 2-3 pages.
  Craft content that captivates our audience, sparks discussion, and drives engagement.
• Social Media Management:
  Manage our existing social media profiles, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
  Schedule posts in advance to maintain a consistent online presence.
  Monitor comments, messages, and mentions, and engage with our audience in a timely and friendly manner.
  Implement strategies to grow our social media following and increase engagement rates.
• Community Building:
  Foster a sense of community among our listeners and followers.
  Encourage interaction and discussion by responding to comments, asking questions, and initiating conversations.
  Identify opportunities to collaborate with other podcasters, influencers, and relevant communities to expand our reach.
• Content Ideation:
  Brainstorm and propose new content ideas and topics for our podcasts, articles, and social media posts.
  Stay updated on industry trends, current events, and audience preferences to ensure our content remains relevant and engaging.
• General administrative tasks including uploading and organizing files to an online store and membership

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an article writer, content creator, or social media manager.
• Exceptional writing skills with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices for online content.
• Proficiency in managing social media platforms, scheduling tools, and analytics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse audiences.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for content and community building.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Passion for podcasting and a genuine interest in our podcast themes and topics.
