Job Summary – Business Systems Analyst II (Integrations)

The Business Systems Analysts play a critical role in defining and documenting the business requirements for our products/services and serving as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the development team.  This role will manage integration projects and ensure partner solutions are clearly understood and desired outcomes achieved.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Work with Product Managers, Senior Business Systems Analysts and other Stakeholders to create clear business requirements for new product, service and technology offerings.
  • Work with software developers to address issues or points of clarification required to move software development forward using backlog grooming and sprint prioritization.
  • Work with software developers and QA analysts to test development output to ensure features function correctly and meet business requirements.
  • Work closely with software developers throughout the life cycle of the project by answering questions, providing clarification of business requirements and making suggestions to ensure software is developed according to requirements.
  • Prepare analysis documentation (flowcharts, diagrams etc.) to include business requirements, functional requirements, impact analysis, and key decisions.
  • Facilitate cross-functional team communication and meetings, including design and planning meetings.
  • Analyzes system impacts to other internal and external systems or processes and procedures.
  • Serve as liaison among all teams affected by the project.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years experience working as a Business Systems Analyst or 4 years of mortgage industry experience
  • Knowledge of mortgage services industry, including Product & Pricing and Loan Origination Systems is preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
  • Familiarity with reading and testing XML and/or JSON
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related degree or experience
  • 3rd party system to system integration experience is Preferred
  • Certified Scrum Master and/or Certified Scrum Product Owner certification is a plus.

Salary Range (US Only):

The estimated base salary range for this role in the United States is $72,000.00 - $108,000.00 per year. For compliance with local legislation, and to provide greater transparency to applicants, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of the desired hiring location or whether the position is remote. The posted range is an estimate and reflects many factors which are subject to change. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed above, based upon geographic location, candidate experience and expertise, and other relevant factors.

Time off (US Only):

The Company provides a minimum of 10 days of vacation for new employees , sick time based on state requirements, 8 Company-paid holidays and 2 personal holidays per year.
