Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Product Analyst to help enhance our digital patient experience, matching Crossover’s exceptional clinical service and care delivery model. Our patient engagement platform provides our patients with a frictionless healthcare experience, while saving our providers clicks, taps, and time. This hands-on role will translate the Crossover philosophy, delivery model, design guidelines, and values into a patient centered platform.
We are seeking a product requirements analyst who can help translate the Crossover product roadmap into a detailed and thorough set of agile user stories and related requirements, collaborate deeply with our design team for UI and UX specifications, and also assist the overall product team with validation/testing/investigation as well as gathering feedback from users.
The ideal candidate is a fearless, proactive self-starter who can act independently, thrives in the constructive chaos of a start-up, and is passionate about improving the lives of patients and providers alike.
The ability to crystalize concise, development-ready user stories from complex needs is a basic skill expected for this role.
Job Responsibilities
Analyze, organize, document, articulate, and validate user stories within an agile SDLC
Elicit detailed requirements from internal and external stakeholders
Write epics and user stories that thoroughly depict expected behavior for the software
Proactively investigate issues (bugs or flaws) that affect the platform in the market
Collaborate with UX, Design and Marketing to deliver detailed concepts to development
Understand our market and customers via research, surveys, direct feedback, and analysis
Analyze alternative offerings in order to better understand the competition
Assist Product Owners/Managers in prioritizing and managing requirements
Assist in designing, monitoring, and operationalizing key product metrics to gain insights about your market, product, and users (internal and external)
Assist in developing and executing test cases
Assist product managers and / or operational teams in the creation of user-facing materials (clinical or technical)
Demonstrate features to internal and external stakeholders
Develop exhaustive use-case scenarios to test the design of the system
Participate in beta and release activities
Communicate the context, design and intention of the requirements to the developers
Cross-integrate requirements into other application areas when appropriate
Performs other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
2+ years healthcare software product development experience
2+ years consumer software product development experience
Worked as an individual contributor as well as a member of a high producing team
Become a key contributor on a product development team providing specifications and subject matter expertise
Maintained knowledge of clinical workflows, best practices, and industry regulations
Gained technical acumen and knowledge in Healthcare IT
Successfully worked in a highly agile and continuously self-optimizing team structure
Mastered various Product, Design, and Dev tools, such as Google Apps/Suite, Product Board, and Pivotal Tracker
Demonstrated excellence in organization, detail-orientation, communication (functional and technical information)
Been awarded a BS/BA or accreditation in a relevant clinical degree, a related discipline, or equivalent work experience
Preferred Qualifications
Mobile application product development
Experience working in a startup or entrepreneurial organization
Pragmatic Product Management certified
Experience with BugHerd, Asana, PivotalTracker, Productboard

The base pay range for this position is $91,720.00 to $107,771.00 per year. Pay range may vary depending on work location, applicable knowledge, skills, and experience. This position may be eligible for an annual bonus opportunity and comprehensive benefits package that includes Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Short- and Long-Term Disability, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off and 401K.
