This role is fully remote, West Coast, and will require light travel for quarterly in-person meetings. You must have at least five years of growth marketing experience at a Series A/B venture-backed B2B SaaS startup, ideally within fintech or ecommerce, marketing to SMB/Mid-Market customers. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you’ll lead the development, execution, and continuous optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, leveraging a variety of content platforms. We’ll harness your innovation and creativity to reach more ecommerce sellers looking to grow their business and spend less of their focus determining if their inventory, sales, and accounting is accurate.

Here’s what you’ll drive:

  • Develop and execute growth marketing campaigns, utilizing the optimal mix of marketing channels (SEM, SEO, social media, display/retargeting, email, events, paid sponsorships, etc.). You know how to utilize a variety of tactics to effectively reach ecommerce sellers and get the best results.
  • Lead our comprehensive campaign management lifecycle, ideation, and performance analysis in Hubspot.
  • Leverage your mastery of growth marketing KPIs (including marketing qualified leads, opportunities, and pipeline) to ensure optimal campaign performance and opportunity and risk signals. You’ll track, deliver, and report on results, aligned to business goals.
  • Manage campaign budget and ensure efficient return on spend.
  • Constantly innovate and push boundaries, moving beyond typical B2B marketing playbooks to drive growth and customer acquisition.
  • Collaborate closely with Revenue Operations, Sales, and Product to ensure alignment throughout our prospect’s presale journey.
  • Work with Content Marketing to ensure we are creating the right assets to drive growth through campaign efforts.
  • Conduct customer and market research to understand broader ecommerce trends, SMB personas, and opportunities for market growth.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Must have at least 5 years of growth marketing experience at a Series A/B B2B SaaS startup selling to SMB/Mid-Market customers.
  • Ideally have experience at a fintech or ecommerce Series A/B startup or have relevant domain knowledge.
  • You lead from the front.
  • You come to meetings with well-supported points of view.
  • Proven ability to create campaign strategies and own execution, resulting in revenue growth.
  • Strong mastery of SaaS KPIs, CRM reporting, and Marketing operations best-practices.
  • High-level cross-functional and bi-directional written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive, growth-mindset that embraces adversity and continuous learning.

Compensation and Benefits:

$140,000 - $160,000 annual base salary (based on experience)

20% bonus (paid quarterly)
