Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or related field, Over six years of strategic procurement experience in multinational corporation with focus on Laboratories, Strong communication, analytical, negotiation and leadership skills, Proficiency in Excel, data management, contract laws, and conflict resolution, Fluency in English; additional languages like Mandarin or Spanish are a plus.Key responsabilities:
- Develop and implement regional procurement strategies for Laboratories
- Align regional category strategies with global procurement strategies
- Lead sourcing initiatives, negotiate contracts and monitor supplier relationships
- Manage Lab Category Team, ensuring compliance with policies and standards
- Stay informed on industry trends to address challenges and opportunities proactively
