About the role:
As a Senior QA Automation Engineer, you will be part of a highly skilled technology and agile team by supporting and developing cutting-edge solutions to meet our business requirements. You will help us accelerate our customers' business results by innovating cutting-edge digital products.
Some of your essential day-to-day job duties and responsibilities will include:
- Gather requirements and suggest solutions; serve as an integrator between business needs and technology solutions.
- Select and implement framework/tooling for automated testing.
- Build tests that can run in parallel across multiple browsers, devices and languages.
- Be a vocal advocate for quality and testability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain quality automation code.
- Conduct test automation code reviews and evangelize test automation best practices.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, other testers, project managers, product managers, and project sponsors.
- Communicate project status, raise awareness of risks, and document defects.
- Operate in Agile development processes.
Our Requirement:

3+ years of manual testing experience

3+ years experience in automated software testing, preferably in a QA Automation Engineer or similar role

Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools, such as Cypress, Selenium WebDriver, or Appium

Proficiency in Javascript and ability to pass a coding challenge

Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git)

Thorough understanding of QA processes in an agile/scrum development environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an attention to detail, including ability to interface effectively with external customers

Ability to work on multiple projects at once

Ability to quickly learn and become proficient with complex applications

Ability to troubleshoot and identify root cause

Comfortable working with distributed teams
