About the role:

As a Senior QA Automation Engineer, you will be part of a highly skilled technology and agile team by supporting and developing cutting-edge solutions to meet our business requirements. You will help us accelerate our customers' business results by innovating cutting-edge digital products.

Some of your essential day-to-day job duties and responsibilities will include:

• Gather requirements and suggest solutions; serve as an integrator between business needs and technology solutions.
• Select and implement framework/tooling for automated testing.
• Build tests that can run in parallel across multiple browsers, devices and languages.
• Be a vocal advocate for quality and testability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain quality automation code.
• Conduct test automation code reviews and evangelize test automation best practices.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, other testers, project managers, product managers, and project sponsors.
• Communicate project status, raise awareness of risks, and document defects.
• Operate in Agile development processes.

Our Requirement:

• 3+ years of manual testing experience

• 3+ years experience in automated software testing, preferably in a QA Automation Engineer or similar role

• Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools, such as Cypress, Selenium WebDriver, or Appium

• Proficiency in Javascript and ability to pass a coding challenge

• Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git)

• Thorough understanding of QA processes in an agile/scrum development environment

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an attention to detail, including ability to interface effectively with external customers

• Ability to work on multiple projects at once

• Ability to quickly learn and become proficient with complex applications

• Ability to troubleshoot and identify root cause

• Comfortable working with distributed teams
