Rockerbox is looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our growing sales team. This will be a foundational position as we build the team for the next phase of growth.
In this role, you will work closely with Account Executives to plan, research and strategize how to engage and set meetings with target accounts. We are looking for individuals who are hungry, curious, and interested in a career in enterprise tech sales. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and have strong communication skills.
What You’ll Do
- Generate qualified sales meetings with target accounts
- Strategize with Account Executives on prospecting plans
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Partners and Sales to identify key value propositions, unique partnership capabilities and high-value touch points to engage target accounts with
- Utilize sales engagement tools to build out contacts within accounts
- Stay on top of industry and market trends
- Conduct initial discovery conversations with prospects to uncover their business challenges
- Use and maintain Salesforce.com to keep data accurate
- Work with Sales leadership to continuously improve our outbound sales processes
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of sales or related market/ business experience
- A desire to grow and advance a career in tech sales
- An intrinsic motivation to continually improve and learn
- Self-starter, hard-worker and desire to overachieve
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Previous experience with sales and prospecting tools a plus: Salesforce, Outreach, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc..
