Requirements
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- Enhance and maintain existing software to align with evolving customer requirements
- Continuously update legacy modules with modern technologies
- Develop software components and enhancements using Java, Spring Framework, Javascript, ReactJS, AngularJS, Elasticsearch, MongoDB, SQL, and Oracle PL/SQL
- Design, code, test, and debug software solutions
- Collaborate across departments to ensure development efforts align with business objectives
- Participate in design and code reviews to maintain quality standards
- Build reusable components and systems to streamline development processes
- Create comprehensive technical documentation
- Provide guidance on implementing architectural patterns and decisions
ADDITIONAL ABILITIES (NICE TO HAVE)
- Familiarity with various Agile SDLC approaches
- Experience with ReactJS, AngularJS
- Proficiency in navigating Linux systems
- Knowledge of Eclipse IDE
- Expertise in designing and building API-based systems
- Understanding of real estate data concepts
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

- Proficiency in Spring Framework or similar Java development frameworks
- Solid understanding of Javascript
- Experience with Elasticsearch and/or MongoDB

- Detail-oriented and task-focused, with clear communication skills
- Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends to meet project deadlines
- Team player with a proactive approach to collaboration

Salary Range: The annual salary range is R$60,000 to R$120,000.
