Senior QA Automation

We're in search of a highly motivated and skilled Tester to join our team, focusing on a mobile project catering to clients in the financial sector. Our products offer information and features for purchasing various financial products like mutual funds, ETFs, and retirement plans. If you're enthusiastic about technology and eager to contribute to a challenging project in the financial market, this opportunity is tailor-made for you. Proficiency in English communication and extensive experience in Mobile Automation testing, preferably with Sauce Labs, Espresso, XCUITest, and Appium, are essential.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Conduct manual, exploratory, and automated QA of mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms.
• Actively contribute to the development of test strategies, tools, and services.
• Enhance quality standards and processes, ensuring adherence across the team throughout the development lifecycle.
• Continuously seek improvement, with a focus on increasing test automation within the development team.
• Design and develop automated test cases to address business and technical use cases and acceptance criteria.
• Document, manage, and communicate quality metrics and KPIs.
• Validate acceptance criteria from user stories in collaboration with Product Owners and Scrum Masters, incorporating them into the testing plan.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English communication.
• Experience as a Mobile Quality Assurance Analyst or similar role, with a focus on software testing for mobile applications, including Test Plan, Test Script, Test Execution, and Bug Report activities.
• Strong understanding of mobile application capabilities, device and OS variants, and executing tests under real-world conditions.
• Extensive experience in mobile test automation, utilizing tools like Appium, and leveraging device farms for visual regression testing.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git and task management tools such as Jira.
• Experience working within a mature CI/CD environment and understanding how QA contributes to it.
• Strong experience working in agile teams, demonstrating best practices.

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience with Sauce Labs, Espresso, XCUITest, and Appium.
