Product Manager

Established in 2016, Slasify is a Singapore-based technology company operating with a fully remote team and is rapidly-growing through our EOR & payroll services rendered to businesses worldwide. Our colleagues are currently working in Taiwan, China, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, South Korea, USA, Canada, France, Dubai, and more! 

Our team is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager who will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our products.

Responsibilities

• Plan and design product features based on product requirements.
• Break down tasks required to fulfill the requirements based on product needs.
• Produce and explain the content of product planning and design to the team according to product requirements.
• Develop product documentation.
• Manage software product development and project progress.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of product planning experience.
• Ability to independently write Product Requirement Documents (PRD), including:
• User Stories, Function List, Function Logics, Site Map, Functional Map, Information Architecture, Flow Chart, Wireframe, etc.
• Proficient in wireframe/mockup tools such as Figma, Miro, Draw.io.
• Proficient in project management tools such as Jira.
• Able to independently produce Use Cases, Activity Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, etc.
• Previous experience in agile product management.
• Ability to independently generate relevant content for product planning and design.
• Excellent project management skills such as requirement inventory, task breakdown, resource scheduling, and schedule arrangement.
• Ability to communicate product design independently with front-end/back-end engineers and design teams.
• Logical thinking and problem analysis skills.
• Ability to break down product processes and pain points, and design product features that meet real needs.
• Fluency in English is a must; Chinese would be a plus

Nice to have

• Experience in product and project management for HR systems (HRMS), payment systems, or marketing technology (Martech).
