Social Media Community Manager

Neo Group is looking for a dedicated and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance our brand visibility and engage with our online community. You will manage our social media accounts, create engaging content, monitor trends, and analyze performance metrics. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker, has a deep understanding of social media platforms, and is passionate about building a strong online presence for our company.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
• Create and publish compelling and relevant content across various social media platforms
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
• Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns
• Manage and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms in a timely manner
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
• Extensive knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
• Conducting (or at least preparing) AMA sessions
• Experience in launching crypto projects
• Content generation, ability to set up social networks (configure Discord, design Telegram, Twitter, Linktree, etc.)
• Ability to communicate with the community, understanding of how Twitter, Telegram, and Discord work
• A good bonus: experience with Zeely and Galxe
