Your Job

Utilize a strong grasp of website design and conversion rate optimization fundamentals to build and ship high-performing websites that help our clients win more customers  Own your professional development and grow every day with support from a senior strategist.  Contribute to technical and cultural discussions in an environment where every voice counts.

Your Focus

• Design websites that drive leads using simplicity, user-friendliness, the latest web standards and accessibility best practices
• Write copy that builds credibility and generates leads
• Search engine optimization (SEO) sites with a keyword strategy, content strategy and organic search rankings
• Generate colour schemes that incorporate client logo colour schemes
• Quality assurance test and peer review sites
• Perform website updates and maintenance requests
• Monitor and audit sites to generate recommendations for user experience, content strategy, and user interface improvements 
• Assist in quick resolution of client-facing challenges or issues
• Audit and improve processes to improve turnaround times 

Who You Are

• 2+ years in web design; great design sensibility
• Strong knowledge of on-page SEO and ranking strategy 
• Strong writing skills. You communicate concisely and compellingly
• Experience with design tools, including Photoshop and Illustrator, among others
• Track record of managing client requests and steering them toward better outcomes 
• Experience with HTML and CSS. JavaScript knowledge is a huge asset. - enables them to  be more creative - in design phase
