We’re looking for a Workplace Services Specialist to support our employee population and conduct the administration of our employee inquiry system, Freshservice. You will have a history of providing excellent customer service while creating an engaging employee experience. This position will support our Workplace operations and programming globally. 

You will be part of the Workplace Services team, based in Costa Rica, and will report directly to the Manager, Workplace Services in Bellevue, WA. 

You Will:

  • Act as the first point of contact for Smartsheet employees on a variety of office and program related inquiries and service requests using a ticketing system to ensure effectiveness, accuracy and efficiency. Meet SLA requirements for resolving tickets via Freshservice ticketing system.
  • Act as the first point of contact for Smartsheet employee inquiries through defined Slack channels. 
  • Perform and manage well-defined, high volume, transactional, and administrative tasks related to Smartsheet’s office locations and Workplace Services led programming globally. 
  • Complete offboarding audit actions required by SOX for Workplace Services. 
  • Pull data from access control systems and maintain employee office utilization reporting and other reporting as needed.
  • Participate and execute on administrative projects as needed. 
  • Be a Smartsheet cultural ambassador - recognize and develop the culture of Smartsheet while continuing to champion the Smartsheet core values.
