Position :VA + Social Media Manager + Video Editor

Work Hours          : Monday - Friday 8am-4pm Eastern Time

Salary         :$1,800-$2,000

About the Company: 

It is an alternative investment firm focusing on the real estate and mortgage market as well as alternative cash flow streams. 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across all relevant platforms.
  • Drive the creation of high-quality content, including blogs, social media posts, and whitepapers, that will engage and educate our target audience.
  • Continuously research and evaluate new marketing tools and platforms to stay ahead of industry trends and improve performance.
  • Create and curate engaging content that is aligned with our brand's voice and mission.
  • Monitor and respond to user engagement and feedback on our social media channels.
  • Build and maintain relationships with social media influencers and partners.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop and implement campaigns that are aligned with our social media strategy.
  • Use data to track and measure the success of our social media efforts and make data-driven decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and incorporate them into our strategy.
  • Assist in scheduling Podcast interviews both on our show or others
  • Light Video Editing using adobe, final cut or other to edit podcast, add pre recorded intro outro, cut out pauses or sections with problems
  • Use AI Tools and Video editing software generate clips from podcast for social media  Upload shorts to Youtube and clips for social media and work together with internal team to generate various clips and posts for social media platforms.  
  • Take Videos and clips generated by phone from team members and create clips.  
  • Simple Graphic design 1 page brochure or images for instagram posts, stories, reels using company branded templates

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management or related positions.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices.
  • Experience developing and executing social media campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with social media analytics tools and using data to make decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice to haves not required

  • Strong knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
  • Knowledge of facebook pay per click
  • Knowledge of real estate or investments of any kind
