As a License Specialist at Gurobi Optimization, you will be vital in ensuring our licensing processes' smooth and efficient management. Your responsibilities will encompass generating license reports and creating software license keys to enable seamless access to our cutting-edge software. Additionally, you will be a crucial point of contact for technical support, assisting our valued customers in maximizing the benefits of our optimization tools.
Collaboration with our Sales Team will also be essential as you work together to meet the needs of our clients and maintain strong relationships. We place a high value on upholding industry regulations and standards, and you will be instrumental in ensuring compliance throughout our operations. As a representative of Gurobi, you will actively drive our global image, embodying our core values internally and in all interactions with external stakeholders. Your dedication and expertise will contribute significantly to our mission of providing world-class optimization solutions to businesses worldwide.
