Job description
Your missions• Gathering information from building plans and entering it into home modeling software (NatHERS). Training on how to read building plans will be provided.
• Producing energy reports with the information produced from the home modelling software and information from the building plans.
• Updating existing energy reports when clients provide us with updated documentation or request updates.
• Producing BASIX Certificates by entering data from the building plans and forms into a web portal.
• Producing commercial (Section J) reports and JV3 reports (training provided)
• Following internal procedures and industry guidelines (ongoing support and feedback are provided)
• Providing the client with compliance options (what upgrades should they make to the building) when the required energy performance is not achieved
• Working as part of a team to help other energy assessors as you become more experienced.
• Reading building plans (including site plans, floor plans and elevations pages)
