Job Description

The role is focused on editing bid materials for some of Asia’s most significant pursuits. The role works with bid partners and technical professionals abroad to produce competitive bid documents.

  • Edit bids during the bid process– from early structural edits to later copy editing
  • Create and edit resumes, capability statements, standard text responses, and project cases studies for the Asia Pursuit Studio narrative library, etc.
  •  Write and edit marketing collaterals, client presentations, and other types of marketing and communications materials 
  • Deliver high-quality outputs under tight deadlines
  • Perform simple but varied tasks in compliance with standard practices, instructions, and policies
  • Support selected simple process improvement initiatives to streamline processes.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, professional writing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience in communications or writing in a business-to-business, professional services, corporate, or agency environment, with at least 3 years of experience in the field.
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English, meeting native speaker standards is compulsory; strong portfolio is required.
  • Experience in writing/editing for major bids is highly regarded
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office tools
  • Highly capable at taking briefs, following processes, and procedures.
