About the Team:

The integrations team you’ll be working with initially (we like to grow expertise as well as ensure we have the ability to swarm where the effort is most needed, with careful and strategic consideration - we believe this gives you the chance to dive deep and learn, as well as spread your wings and tackle a broad array of technical challenges) owns shaping, building and operating our integrations and automations platform, working with cutting edge cloud technologies as well as some solid orchestration on the back end.

What you’ll do:

• Collaboratively define and deliver systems roadmaps for Qwilr.

• Shape, plan, build and operate Qwilr’s integrations and automations features.

• Design and implement solutions with a depth of understanding / awareness of future architectural directions.

• Be capable of solving complex technical challenges.

• Iterate on development practices to constantly improve as a team.

• Be aware, and seek understanding of project requirements and priorities.

• Find a balance between quality and speed that delivers consistent results, aligning with Qwilr’s goals.

• Work independently, with a strong bias for collaboration, helping to uplift your team and demonstrating an openness to growth.
