This is a remote position, so you’ll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or meetings.

GoDaddy is looking for a motivated individual to assist our HR team in Romania. You'll have the opportunity to work closely with employees on HR guidelines, partner with Compensation/Benefits and Legal departments. What you'll get to do...

  • The Lead HR Coordinator helps on multiple activities per year from ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies, and offering support for an average 350 employees. Helps with keeping mandatory policies and local procedures updated
  • The Lead HR Coordinator in Romania supports on various HR tasks including onboarding, employee relations, and HR operational tasks
  • Provides support to employees on HR policies and procedures, collaborates with Compensation/Benefits and our Legal teams
  • Assists on multiple activities per year from ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies, offering support to employees and managers
  • Support with the trainings and Q&A sessions on the multiple labor and fiscal legislation changes over the year with impact on our industry, offers support and keep updated mandatory policies and local procedures such as the Annual Holiday Plan, Training Plan, Internal Regulation, Collective Bargaining Agreement.- Helps with the implementation of HR priorities for Romania, carrying off HR initiatives, and process improvement while sustaining Global HR compliance efforts, ensuring coordination of compliance with local legislation obligations, and partnering with our internal teams to accurately maintain compliant procedures

Your experience should include...

  • +2 years of relevant experience in a related HR Specialist role
  • Familiarity with Romanian labor laws and protocols
  • Experience of working in a company with a global workforce
