Pre-Sales Engineer

AutoStore is seeking a highly qualified Pre-Sales Engineer to join our expanding team.

To facilitate this growth, we are seeking a Pre-Sales Engineer (System Design Analyst) to join our System Design Team and help us achieve our goals. As a member of the AutoStore specialized System Design Team, you will work in collaboration with our sales force in supporting the organization’s worldwide customer network with technical expertise and know-how.

Work location: Preferably Madrid office, or close to Madrid

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supporting the sales organization with data analysis, designs, and simulations for customer projects.

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of data, expertly identify and implement effective solutions, and manage logistics efficiently.

• Review, optimize, and support partners on customer concepts and solutions.

• Support with new releases of tests, improvements, and documentation of design tools.

• Deliver technical training on best practices when using design software to global distributors and the internal sales team.

• Improving internal operations and processes through automation of simple tasks, etc.

• Proactively provide technical support for the sales organization internally and externally.

• This role will require some traveling.

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Interest in the logistics and material handling industry.

• Proficient in data analysis and comfortable with Microsoft 365 - advanced Excel skills.

• Proficiency in Spanish and English is mandatory..

• To succeed in this role, you will need to be accountable, proactive, and flexible.

• Innovative, knowledge-seeking, and curious mindset.

• Supporting the whole organization worldwide, both internally and externally, requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Enjoy finding good solutions and possess strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.

• Interested and skilled presenter and trainer.

Experience Requirement:
