THE ROLE

Live Nation Privacy is looking for a world-class Privacy Product Manager who will play a pivotal role in the development and enhancement of our Information Security and Privacy products, primarily focusing on Privacy. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, business, design, legal, and marketing, to define product requirements, prioritize features, and deliver solutions that meet evolving needs while adhering to regulatory requirements and best practices in data privacy.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  • Define product strategy and roadmap with help from the director and other management for privacy-focused products in alignment with company goals and market trends.
  • Collaborate with engineering, business, and other stakeholders to translate product vision into actionable requirements and user stories.
  • Prioritize features, initiatives, and any necessary platform changes based on privacy laws and regulations, technical feasibility, and business impact, balancing short-term goals with long-term vision.
  • Drive the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features and functionalities.
  • Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure products adhere to relevant regulations and standards related to data privacy, such as GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and other global framework (ex., integrations in various systems, platform changes, etc.)
  • Monitor key performance metrics and feedback to iterate on product features and drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage and support cookie management platform integrations across websites and mobile applications, taking ad choices into consideration when applicable.
  • Manage the storage of third-party system contracts and track receipts for payment for the larger Information Security and Privacy organization.
  • Serve as a product subject matter expert on privacy-related matters, providing guidance and support to internal teams and external stakeholders as needed.

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in product management (with a focus on privacy, security, or related domains preferred)
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products through the full lifecycle, from concept to delivery
  • Experience using OneTrust preferred
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and prioritize competing demands effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and build consensus among stakeholders.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • Willingness to work with cross-functional teams across time zones and odd hours as necessary to meet the needs of the global nature Live Nation Entertainment operates within.
  • Understanding of data privacy principles, regulations, and best practices, with experience navigating complex legal and compliance requirements.
  • Passion for privacy and commitment to advancing ethical and responsible data practices in the digital age.

The expected compensation for this position in California is:

$96,000.00 USD - $120,000.00 USD
