Technical Product Owner / Senior IT Analyst (AC)

• Being able to explain and report technical complexity in a less technical language.
• Able to drive and support requirements and design maturation.
• For the initial stage (Task Force mode) able to mature the delivery into a business case/epic as well as potential proof of concept.
• Experience in Transaction Monitoring and associated case management is highly desirable.

• 10+ years with IT projects.
• 4+ years as a Senior IT Analyst.
• Knowledge in capturing and documenting business requirements and converting these into the foundation for IT design and development.
• Clarify, document, and communicate functional and non-functional requirements by using data, process or information modeling, to drive delivery of change in alignment with the target picture and to enable sustainable solutions.
• Understand the structure, dynamics, terminology, and IT applications of international payment systems and work closely with stakeholders in business, IT and external partners on such topics.
• Able to work independently with defined problems on a highly complex level within a specific platform and competence area.
• Ability to take partial responsibility for technically complex projects.
• Technical literacy, and knowledge of relevant tools and technologies.
• Experience in the financial sector driving technical projects with many technical stakeholders.
• Preferable working experience within the areas of financial crime and/or transaction monitoring systems (AML).
• English level min. B2+/C1.

Nice to have

• Experience in formulating user stories in Jira and Confluence is valuable.

• Location: Hybrid (once a week from the office in Gdynia/Gdańsk/Łódź/Warszawa - possibility to choose).
• Type of contract: B2B contract.
• Rate: up to 130 PLN/H net + VAT.
• Start: 06.2024.
• Project length: 6+ months (possible extension).
