About the role: 

Are you ready to drive our business forward by directly enabling the measurement and achievement of critical metrics for our Demand Generation, Sales, and CX Teams? FEV Tutor is looking for a Revenue Operations Director to help craft a strategy that fuels growth, oversee planning sessions, drive reporting capabilities, implement cutting-edge technology, and codify standardized processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.

What You’ll do:

  • Develop a concise strategy document that integrates Critical Target Metrics for each growth department and personnel, fostering shared goals and KPIs.
  • Take ownership of data, reporting, and analytics for our sales forecasting and planning sessions, ensuring precision and insight in every decision.
  • Lead our CRM strategy and reporting capabilities, empowering our team with data-driven insights and providing our executives with full visibility into our present and future.
  • Spearhead the implementation of a best-in-class tech stack, driving us toward a remarkable 50% CAGR in bookings.
  • Establish standardized processes and resources across the customer journey, unleashing our team's potential to achieve greatness.
  • Lead the roadmap to success, facilitating collaboration across departments, communicating with clarity and influence, and championing transparency and trust. 
  • Take the helm in planning, reporting, CRM strategy, tech stack implementation, and enablement, all while fostering a growth-oriented culture and maintaining operational excellence.

What You’ll Need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Finance or a similar discipline.
  • A proven track record in delivering superior results, developing high-performance teams, and fostering a growth-oriented culture.
  • Have built and rolled out best practice tech stacks, tooling (internal or external), and processes in the following areas: customer relationship management (CRM), account based marketing (ABM), customer 360 marketing (C360), revenue intelligence and reporting, scheduling automatization, dialer, general sales activity & engagement, and other related RevOps tooling.
  • Analytical prowess, critical thinking skills, and an unwavering drive to excel, you're the catalyst for our continued success. 
  • Proven experience with Salesforce and related SDFC plugins/add-ons
  • Proven experience with HubSpot or related ABM and C360 tools
  • Proven experience driving customization of the above tools directly or through a 3rd party service provider
