Job description

Luminary Group is partnered with a world leading life science company who are seeking a visionary and accomplished Chief Product Officer (CPO) with expertise in Real-World Evidence (RWE) to drive the product strategy and innovation within the RWE domain. As the CPO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's product vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver industry-leading products and solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and execution of the product strategy and roadmap, aligned with the company's overall goals and market trends.
  • Define and prioritize product features based on customer needs, market analysis, and competitive insights.
  • Collaborate with the executive team, sales, and marketing to develop and execute go-to-market strategies and drive product adoption.
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch performance monitoring.
  • Stay at the forefront of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes in the RWE space.
  • Engage with clients, key stakeholders, and industry experts to understand market needs and gather feedback.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and data science, to deliver innovative and high-quality products.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and optimize product performance.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Represent the company in product-related discussions, partnerships, and client engagements.
  • Report directly to the CEO and provide regular updates on the product strategy and performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in product management, with a focus on healthcare and Real-World Evidence (RWE).
  • Demonstrated track record of success in developing and launching innovative software products.
  • In-depth knowledge of the RWE domain, including data sources, methodologies, and regulatory considerations.
  • Proven ability to define and execute product strategies and roadmaps.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in leading and managing product teams, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry and familiarity with healthcare data standards is highly desired.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage competing priorities.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
