Luminary Group is partnered with a world leading life science company who are seeking a visionary and accomplished Chief Product Officer (CPO) with expertise in Real-World Evidence (RWE) to drive the product strategy and innovation within the RWE domain. As the CPO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's product vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver industry-leading products and solutions.

Responsibilities:

Lead the development and execution of the product strategy and roadmap, aligned with the company's overall goals and market trends.
Define and prioritize product features based on customer needs, market analysis, and competitive insights.
Collaborate with the executive team, sales, and marketing to develop and execute go-to-market strategies and drive product adoption.
Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch performance monitoring.
Stay at the forefront of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes in the RWE space.
Engage with clients, key stakeholders, and industry experts to understand market needs and gather feedback.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and data science, to deliver innovative and high-quality products.
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and optimize product performance.
Lead and develop a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Represent the company in product-related discussions, partnerships, and client engagements.
Report directly to the CEO and provide regular updates on the product strategy and performance.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in product management, with a focus on healthcare and Real-World Evidence (RWE).
Demonstrated track record of success in developing and launching innovative software products.
In-depth knowledge of the RWE domain, including data sources, methodologies, and regulatory considerations.
Proven ability to define and execute product strategies and roadmaps.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Experience in leading and managing product teams, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Experience in the healthcare industry and familiarity with healthcare data standards is highly desired.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage competing priorities.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
