Role Summary

As Finance Assistant you will carry out financial and administrative processes which underpin the provision of timely and accurate management information to support financial management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintaining accounts payable and accounts receivable administration;

  • Processing invoices, credit cards and expenses;

  • Prepare, send and follow up invoices;

  • Assist in the preparation of salary payments for employees;

  • Assisting in the preparation of financial reports;

  • Assisting in the preparations for audits;

  • Answer questions and provide assistance to employees, customers and other external parties, if necessary;

  • Suggest changes or improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency and help achieve them;

  • Providing administrative support, e.g. when training employees;

  • Performing facility tasks, e.g. purchasing office supplies/office equipment.
