Company Overview:
Motion is on a rapid growth trajectory, experiencing 3x YoY growth with a product that boasts over 120% Net Revenue Retention.

We're at the forefront of developing a new software category that bridges the gap between performance marketers and creative teams, offering fast, visual reporting for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube ads.

This enables teams to decipher what works and why, with Motion already being the choice for analyzing over $5B in media spend by leading ecom and DTC brands like Vuori, True Classic, The Farmer’s Dog, and HexClad.

Role Overview:
As the Head of Growth Marketing at Motion, you will quarterback the entire company pipeline number as we scale towards $12M, $25M, and $50M ARR within the next 3 years.

This role will report to Motion's CEO and lead a growth marketing team that is firmly in “build-it” mode, giving you the opportunity to make a big impact.

This is a leadership role that demands a data-driven, results-focused individual with strong sales acumen, ideally from a company just a few years ahead of us.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the strategy and execution to drive pipeline growth and accelerate revenue for the company from $6M → $50M ARR. You’re setting the vision that’ll help us play bigger and create a category.
- Build, launch, and scale big swing bets by systematically transforming high-impact initiatives into predictable holistic growth channels
- Know our growth engine like the back of your hand to analyze performance, forecast revenue, and identify areas for optimization across the entire business. 
- Lead, build, and shape an exceptional team that fosters a culture of high performance.

Who You Are:
- Action-oriented with an extreme growth mindset.
- Grew and built a growth marketing team while demonstrating a serious impact on a company’s growth trajectory.
- Data-driven and excellent at assessing funnel performance, revenue forecasting, and planning.
- Thrive in a highly autonomous, high-output environment.
- A natural leader. You understand what needs to be done and carry an extreme ownership/servant leadership approach.
- 7-10 years of experience in B2B growth marketing/demand generation, including 3+ years growing, building, and managing marketing teams.
- Expert in building predictable growth engines through paid / inbound / ABM.
