Main Focus:

On outreach, deal sourcing, calling, e-mail, list building, data enrichment, e-mail marketing, and LinkedIn messaging. It communicates a broad range of skills related to business development and marketing activities.

Rate paid in USD: $7 - $8 per hour

Experience and Responsibilities: 

  • Minimum of 2 Years experience
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Executing Direct Outreach Deal Sourcing
  • Calling and emailing business owners
  • Ability to discuss financial metrics

  • LinkedIn Messaging
  • Analysing and expanding business operations toward sustained growth.
  • Monitoring revenue streams and identifying opportunities to increase profitability.
  • Evaluating and improving sales, marketing, and branding strategies.
  • Identifying and developing new lines of business based on consumer behaviour.
  • Performing competitor analysis toward obtaining an increased market share. Developing client relationships and strengthening industry partnerships.
  • Identifying new clients by researching and creating networking opportunities.
  • Negotiating and closing business deals that promote sustained revenue.
  • Liaising with Sales, Marketing, and Management to align strategies aimed at increasing revenue.
  •  Assessing and advising on potential joint ventures, mergers, and acquisitions.
  • Proficiency in integrated business management and CRM software.
  • Knowledge of business development, marketing strategies, and brand expansion.
  • Experience in identifying profitable business opportunities and potential clients.
  • Exceptional ability to analyse market trends and competitor behaviour.
  • Ability to maintain strong client relationships and establish industry partnerships.
  • Competency in negotiating and closing business deals.
  • Ability to advise on possible joint ventures, mergers, and acquisitions.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Requirements

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in English (C1 Level)
  • Ability to communicate and hold a conversation with decision-makers
  • Minimum 2- 3 years of sales experience preferably.
  • Experience with Business-to-Business salesRetail sales experience is plus
  • Proven track record of cold calling to acquire new business.
  • Need to have strong customer service skills and the ability to create and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Extremely well organized and detailed oriented with excellent time management in a fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to develop in-depth knowledge about products and markets
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Schedule: Graveyard
  • Must have a laptop/desktop which meets the minimum qualifications:
    • Must have Dual Monitors (2 Monitors)
