Description

The Inside Sales & Tradeshow Representative is responsible for direct sales and for supporting dealers with an emphasis on growing sales. The representative also exhibits at tradeshows/conventions and conducts education sessions/presentations. (Due to the COVID pandemic, this position is currently remote/work from home.)

 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Meets or exceeds sales and leads generation quotas.
  2. Maintains and submits sales reports.
  3. Reviews and responds to RFPs and contracts, etc.
  4. Develops and maintains relationships with Dealers (in person and remotely).
  5. Responds to customer inquiries with suitable information, collateral, samples and/or resources.
  6. Diligently updates data in CRM database.
  7. Represents company at trade shows and association meetings.
  8. Delivers education outreach sessions and presentations.

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferred
  • Previous sales experience, preferred

Language Skills

Ability to read and interpret business correspondences and documents.  Must have the ability to write correspondences and reports, as well as be able to speak effectively to coworkers and customers and give oral presentations to groups.

Reasoning Ability

Must have the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.

Computer Skills

Strong computer skills using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and CRM software.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee will frequently walk, sit and stand; use hands and fingers, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or listen.

The employee will occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.                                                                                 

Work Environment

Office setting and tradeshow/conference setting.
