This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for a Inside Sales Representative:

  • Has thorough knowledge of the organization’s products/services.

  • Conduct discovery calls and customer meetings.

  • Identifies customer needs and determines optimal company products & services to effectively address customer's requirements.

  • Optimize sales and customer satisfaction through the successful execution of account strategy.

  • Collaborate and engage with partner sellers to ensure great customer experience.

  • Updates customer information on Salesforce.com.

  • Responsible for meeting/exceeding assigned targets.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 - 3 years of Technology Solution sales experience (UCaaS and similar industries)

  • Preferably with B2B sales experience

  • Preferably with account management and retention experience.

  • Can do hybrid role for pre-sales and post sales campaigns.

  • Preferably with experience in using SalesForce and/or other CRM tools

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills

  • Superb negotiation skills

  • Vibrant and energetic attitude, willingness to perform and get things done

  • Willing to do graveyard shift

  • Willing to do hybrid work setup (10-11 days per month onsite, Cubao or Ortigas office)
