Senior Manager, EMEA & APAC Tax

Job Description Summary:

Oversee tax compliance and planning in the EMEA and APAC territories

• Manage direct and indirect tax compliance through a combination of local controllers and outside service providers.
• Manage tax audits
• Prepare tax provision calculations for inclusion in local statutory and group financial statements. 
• Prepare forecasts of cash taxes
• Manage and prepare reconciliations for tax-related GL accounts, including indirect and direct taxes payable/receivable, deferred tax assets and liabilities, and CIT expense.
• Work with group Transfer Pricing lead to validate transfer pricing calculations and ensure local documentation requirements are met.   
• Work with group Transfer Pricing lead on BEPS Pillar 2 compliance requirements and planning strategies.
• Advise company on withholding tax matters, including contract review
• Assist in M&A due diligence, structuring and integration   
• Assist in overall tax planning, strategy, and process improvement
• Effectively manage, develop and retain staff.

Annual salary range for this position is between €49,344.00 - €91,638.00 gross before taxes.

Salary offer for the candidate is determined based on the predefined salary ranges for the position and depends on the level of competence and experience of the candidate.
