Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential life insurance clients.
- Schedule appointments for life insurance agents or brokers.
- Gather relevant information from clients during initial calls.
- Maintain accurate records of scheduled appointments and follow-up activities.
- Provide excellent customer service and answer any questions related to appointments.
- Lead generation for whole life insurance.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in appointment setting or telemarketing preferred.
- Familiarity with dialer software (any type) is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly phone demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic knowledge of life insurance products and terminology.
Software Tools Required/Good to Have
- Any dialer software (e.g., Five9, CallRail, etc.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
