Regulatory Compliance Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Regulatory Compliance product manager to join SGS DIGICOMPLY in Chiasso and lead our clients onboardings, Regulatory and food safety project implementations and renewals.  This role is fundamental in ensuring that customers are getting the most out of the SGS Digicomply platform.  You'll play a key role to complete the pre- and post-sales life-cycle for SGS DIGICOMPLY’s portfolio of customers, serving as an advocate for each customer and accelerating the expansion of SGS DIGICOMPLY within each account.

What your day to day will look like:

• Provide customer and account management support in a technical setting
• Maintain and support of our data collection pipeline composed of regulatory, scientific and supply chains data in relation to food and cosmetics products risks
• Use product expertise and industry knowledge to engage with a diverse range of customers
• Serve as the trusted point of contact for SGS DIGICOMPLY’S customers throughout the lifecycle, beginning from the point of sale and extending through on-boarding, business reviews, project success, and renewals.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and feed those to the Sales and Product teams to deepen penetration of SGS DIGICOMPLY solution within the customer environment
• Maintain great technical knowledge of the SGS DIGICOMPLY product and guide our clients through the most relevant features and functionalities for their specific business needs.
• Collaborate with the Account executives, Support and software development to ensure a smooth transition of ongoing client management.

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of Regulatory Compliance project manager experience in a SaaS company
• Experience in Food products, food safety or regulatory compliance for CPG industries or Food Supplements.
• Strong analytical and technical skills with an attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills: utilized with our clients, as well as delivering effective feedback to your peers and management.
• Accustomed to working effectively both independently and as a team player in a fast-paced start-up environment with members located across the world.
• Strong leadership skills
• Fluent local and English language
• Any of the following languages will be an advantage: German, Italian, French , Chinese, Portuguese, Chinese, Thai, Vietnamese, Arabic
