Your Responsibilities
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Channel Sales Manager (m/f/d) to join DocuWare. In this position you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with key channel partners to drive sales and increase market share in Spain. 

Your responsibilities will include: 
  • You identify and recruit new channel partners in coordination with Regional Sales Directors.
  • The development and maintenance of close relationships with existing sales partners are also part of your responsibilities. You will develop joint sales strategies with them.
  • You monitor channel partner performance and provide coaching and support as needed. For example, through sales training programs that you create and implement.
  • You attend industry events and trade shows to promote the company's products and services.
  • You will work closely with the internal sales, marketing and consulting teams to ensure that sales partners have the resources and support they need to be successful.
  • You will be expected to meet or exceed sales quotas and other key performance indicators. In addition, you will be responsible for direct sales.
What you need to succeed
  • You have a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
  • You have already gained some work experience in software sales and have a proven track record of success in developing and managing channel partnerships.
  • You have the ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • You have excellent time management skills and judgment.
  • You are decisive and have a strong technical aptitude. In addition, it is not difficult for you to meet deadlines.
  • You have excellent Spanish and English communication skills.
