What we’re looking for...

We have an immediate need for a Senior Product Manager to join our Product Management team on a permanent basis. This role will be focused on the delivery of one of a number of key strategic initiatives across our Telematics or  Video Telematics portfolios and you will be working closely with Product Management, UX and Engineering to deliver these programs.

  • Data Driven - You anchor decisions for product/product area based on data. Partners with UX Researchers & Analytics teams to ensure we have the data and research required to make data informed decisions.

  • Entrepreneurial spirit – We’re looking for a strategic thinker who sets a product vision and strategy around the needs of our customers and growing business.

  • Strategic mindset - You are able to clearly understand our Business strategy and how to translate that into a successful strategy for your product/product area. 

What you’ll be doing...

You will play a lead role in identifying and creating new products/offerings for our and launching those products to customers and the Verizon Connect organization.  You will work with key stakeholders across cross functional teams and work with customers to create strategic prioritization to add value to our customers to ease customer pain points as well as look for opportunities to drive innovation and revenue.

  • Working with the Product Leadership, UX, Sales & Customers to understand Customer needs to help inform the strategy for your assigned area. 

  • Developing robust business cases to support the approval and delivery of programs to support the strategy for your assigned area, 

  • Ensuring the Product, UX & Engineering teams involved in delivery of your assigned programs are appropriately supported through the ideation, research & validation of potential solutions.

  • Partnering with key stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product Success & the broader business to ensure there are robust go-to-market strategies in place for the successful launch of your products/areas of your product.

  • Continuously evaluating the success metrics and outcomes of your assigned programs to help inform ongoing improvement and future strategy.

What we’re looking for..

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/Commerce, Computer Science or related discipline.

  • Relevant experience in Product Management or related field. 

  • Experience working directly with the customer on customer facing products.

  • Experience in working closely with Software Engineering and UX/ Design teams.

  • Experience working on SaaS and Mobile products.

Even better if you have:

  • Experience with global companies with distributed teams and an international environment.

  • High comfort level in presenting results and working with stakeholders both internal and external.

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.
