JOB DESCRIPTION:
In partnership with the VP, HRBP & Talent Management, this role will lead our internal/external talent acquisition programs and teams, including contingent and university staffing.
We're seeking a leader with a passion for the people side of the business, especially recruiting, who is a strategic and analytical thinker who will own and drive the recruiting process from start to finish.
This role requires a thorough understanding of talent acquisition strategies, collaboration in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment to understand hiring needs, leading the recruitment team, and building employer branding initiatives. It plays a critical role in developing and executing talent acquisition strategies to attract and acquire top-quality talent that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
Duties & Responsibilities
Develop and execute the company's talent acquisition strategy in alignment with overall business goals
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding
Lead the recruitment process and ensure the organization attracts and hires high-caliber candidates
Build and enhance the employer brand to attract top-tier talent
Develop and execute recruitment plans, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection
Monitor and analyze data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies; provide regular reports to leadership on key recruitment metrics and trends
Provide leadership and guidance to the talent acquisition team, both corporate and field, ensuring a high level of performance and engagement
Oversee the optimization of recruitment technology tools and systems to streamline and enhance the talent acquisition process
Develop and maintain strong relationships with external recruiting partners/vendors
Monitor vendor performance, negotiate contracts, and ensure alignment with organizational goals and values
Develop and maintain a proactive liaison relationship with appropriate schools/universities
Ensuring that difficult-to-fill positions are supported with targeted initiatives to increase candidate volume and reduce time-to-fill metrics
Qualifications
Must be able to work in the United States, on an on-going basis, without company sponsorship.
BA/BS degree from an accredited university/college. A degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development is preferred
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
Experience in managing and developing a high-performing recruitment team
In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing strategies, candidate assessment methods, and interview techniques
Proven experience in developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies and plans
Familiarity with emerging trends and technologies in talent acquisition, such as applicant tracking systems and AI-driven recruitment tools
Expertise in building and enhancing employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier talent
Proficiency in utilizing data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies
Experience in generating reports and providing insights to inform decision-making
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment; simultaneously build multiple programs and initiatives
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, web-based meeting/conferencing tools, and the ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
Experience in Workday, LinkedIn & Phenom preferred

Base pay offered may vary depending on actual location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Supplemental pay types may include commissions or bonus incentives, depending on the role.
