Virtual Sales Development Representative for US-based client

ABOUT THE JOB:

Open to Philippine residents and Full-timers ONLY! 

One of our US-based clients is looking for an experienced Virtual Sales Development Representative to join their team remotely for a full-time work. 

Salary starts at $ 1,042 per month complete with HMO and PTOs 

RESPONSIBILITIES: (please read through and make sure you are experienced with the tasks and can confidently deliver expectations)

• 50% manage sales lead process/ sales lead generation
• 50% customer support
• Customer chats (chat support)
• Assist customers through chat, call or Zoom
• Create a ticket and pass it on to engineers or stripe problem or issues about refunds/disputes
• Downtime = admin tasks
• Customers are only 5-10 in a day (not a lot)

Productivity goals:

• How many emails was sent out and how many were responded
• CSAT

Other notes:

• VA will be in Zoom with customers (not all the time, only if needed)
• VAs will be working in PST but client is open to some flexibility

MUST HAVES: 

• Sales Development Representative (SDR) experience is REQUIRED 
• Experience with non-profit software CSR 
• Solid writing & speaking skills
• Experience in HubSpot and stripe (preference)
• Must have own equipment/tools 
  • PC/Laptop - minimum of i3 / Ryzen 3 processor and at least 8GB RAM 
  • Main Internet Service Provider - must be a wired connection with at least 25mbps internet speed 
  • Backup Internet Service Provider - can either be a wired connection or a wireless connection (modem broadband or pocket wifi) with at least 10mbps for both upload and download speed
