Job Description

Embark on an exhilarating sales journey as an Appointment Setter for a trailblazing real estate services firm. In this pivotal role, you’ll leverage your persuasive prowess to introduce the company’s offerings to prospective landlord clients through outbound cold calls. Harnessing your sales acumen, you’ll generate interest, pre-qualify leads based on stringent criteria, and book appointments for the closing team, propelling the company’s growth trajectory.


Job Description for Appointment Setter

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound cold calls to landlords from a provided list of leads

  • Follow provided call scripts to introduce company services and value proposition

  • Identify and pre-qualify interested leads based on set criteria

  • Book qualified appointments on the calendar for the closing team

  • Nurture any leads that don’t immediately book by continuing follow-up

Requirements

  • Excellent phone communication and sales skills

  • Ability to follow scripts while maintaining a natural conversation flow

  • Strong active listening and qualification abilities

  • Resilience to handle rejection and consistently make calls

  • Experienced Appointment Setter for at least 3 years

  • Business-to-Consumer (B2C) cold calling

  • Serving the real estate/property management industry

  • Focused on booking appointments, not closing deals

Scope

  • Part Time : Min 20 hours a week

  • Mon - Fri 9am -1 pm EST

  • Hamptons NY
