Job Location: Mexico City / Hybrid (in office 3 days per week)

Are you looking for an opportunity to work for an award winning technology company? Join our dynamic team specializing in marketing our organization's products/services over the phone to qualified prospects! 

What You Will Do

This position plays a key role in creating and developing opportunities for new business by prospecting and generating qualified leads for the Tekla software sales team as well as supporting the sales process for AECO/Product Sales in LATAM and the Caribbean countries. 

  • Outbound phone-based sales lead generation 

  • Lead conversations with prospective buyers to advance understanding of Trimble solutions; identify early-stage opportunities

  • Ensure quality and completeness of data in opportunity and account records, including account hierarchy

  • Work with the marketing team to continually optimize lead qualification process, coordinate email campaigns and share information for the creation of marketing content

  • Work with CRM administrator to optimize account, opportunity, and contact record layouts and workflows; ensure price books and quote tools are up to date

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Strong and articulate telephone personality and the ability to create rapport. Proven verbal and written communication skills, business-to-business phone communication skills (e.g., telemarketing, tele-selling, etc.).

  • Must be self-motivated and able to self-manage personal time/tasks.

  • Fluent in English/Spanish

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Sales Force highly desired.

  • Demonstrated success in a lead development role.
