Job Description
- Management and Coordination of DC Facility topics in Frankfurt (on site and external)
- DC Facility SPOC in Europe for all internal and external parties
- Collaboration and Support of global GIT IN Hub DC Footprint
- Support and Coordination for all ITSM related activities and topics
- Coordination of local parties (like Facility Management and local provider)
- Represent DC Facility Service in all council and bodies
- Project Contribution for all DC related topics
- Steering and Management of global hosting- and data center facility-provider
- Quality Management incl. Documentation
- Coordination of all Audit and Security topics
- Motivation to do hands-on in Data Center when required
Qualifications
- Academic degree in information sciences or comparable qualification
- Good knowledge of Data Center Facility topics (Power, Cooling, Hosting, Access Control, etc.)
- Good knowledge of ITSM Framework and tools
- Good Knowledge of IT Infrastructure on a enterprise level
- Good knowledge of Provider Management and Steering
- Knowledge of commercial topics like budgeting, service costs, etc.
- Communication strength, organizational ability and customer orientation
- Fluent German and English language skills (written and spoken)
- Flexibility, openness and ability to work in teams
- Independent and result-oriented workstyle
