Job Title: Java Full-Stack Developer

Location: 100% Remote

Project Duration: Long-term - Minimum 6 months

Hours: Full-time (160 hours/month)

Salary: Between 50K and 70K annually

Languages Required: Spanish and English (Minimum B2)

About the Role:

Hey there! We’re looking for a seasoned Full-Stack Developer. You'll work with Java, Spring Boot, React, PostgreSQL, and Github, all within a SCRUM framework. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Full-Stack Development: Use your Java and Spring Boot expertise on the backend and React on the front end to develop comprehensive solutions.
• Hexagonal Architecture Mastery: Implement and maintain hexagonal architecture to ensure our systems are robust, scalable, and easy to maintain.
• Database Management: Manage relational and non-relational databases, ensuring data integrity and optimising performance.
• High Availability Systems: Work within high-availability environments to ensure continuous service and resilience.
• Rigorous Testing: Conduct thorough unit and integration testing to maintain high standards of quality and reliability.
• Containerization: Use Docker to containerise the application, enhancing deployment processes and environment consistency.
• Agile Collaboration: Work collaboratively within Agile teams to deliver timely results and adapt to evolving project requirements.
• Effective Communication: Clearly articulate complex issues and solutions, ensuring alignment and understanding across the team.

Skills We’re Excited About:

• Strong Java and Spring Boot Experience: You should have a solid background in building Java and Spring Boot applications.
• React and PostgreSQL: You are confident with front-end development using React. Nice to have: PostgreSQL.
• Experience in Agile Environments: Previous experience working in Agile settings and a good grasp of SCRUM methodologies.
• Collaboration and Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in team settings, providing support and insights and leading by example when necessary.
